Kagaya is not your typical izakaya. The owner, a man who calls himself Mark Kagaya, had a vision and made it reality. Visitors will find the ordering system a little…out of the ordinary. Each table is asked to pick a country on the menu, and the dishes served will be themed according to the nation chosen. But, that’s not all. Each order is accompanied by a short show — Kagaya has been seen in frog, cow, and other animal costumes.
