This March, Chef Yang Young, the Executive Chinese Chef of Park Hyatt Singapore, will be a special guest in Grand Hyatt Tokyo, Chinaroom. Named one of the best 10 chefs in China by the China Cuisine Association in 2018, he will prepare a range of dishes from Dining Room at the Michelin Guide’s Park Hyatt Shanghai.

Chef Yang will be serving exquisite à la carte dishes and course menus, including “snowflake” black pepper beef and his signature poached chicken with scallion oil.

Following Chef Yang’s departure, his lunch and dinner courses will be available at Chinaroom until March 31 and June 30 respectively.
