Showcasing an Array of Premium Local Ingredients
The Tokyo Edition Toranomon’s signature restaurant, The Jade Room + Garden Terrace, is introducing its third installment of the “Terroir Japan” series, which introduces the appeal of various delicacies across the country. The latest edition focuses on food, wine and sake from Shiojiri city in Nagano Prefecture. It’s home to Kikyogahara, a long-established wine region with a history of over 130 years.
The course menu showcases an array of premium local ingredients, including Shinshu premium brand beef, Gitaro Shamo chicken, carp, Shinano snow trout, Matsumoto ippon negi and pawpaw.
