Remember the thrill of twirling in your favorite costume as a child, even when it wasn’t Halloween? Or the carefree days when you wore what made you happy, not what society said was “appropriate?” Join bilingual actor, writer and translator Tomomi Kikuchi (former Nikkei journalist and London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art student) for a playful, interactive session in English and Japanese, inspired by the themes of a short dance film, Changing Room.
Together, we’ll use theatrical exercises and games to unlock memories tied to your favorite outfits and explore how your clothing choices have evolved over time. Through movement, laughter and storytelling, you’ll rediscover the magic of dressing.
