Enjoy Three Spring-Inspired Items at Bills Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse
To commemorate its 15th anniversary, Bills Yokohama (stylized as bills Yokohama) is offering three special items until March 31 that all highlight strawberries.
Strawberry Pannacotta is a silky-smooth panna cotta made by blending strawberries and yogurt. Strawberry Rhubarb Bellini is a cocktail featuring strawberry and rhubarb purée, mixed with fresh basil for a refreshing twist. There’s then the strawberry and Basil Soda, a non-alcoholic beverage crafted with homemade strawberry syrup and fresh basil leaves.
For more strawberry-related goodness, it is also worth trying the Berry Berry Hotcakes (¥2,200), which can only be eaten at Bills Yokohama. Packed with berries in the batter and butter, and topped with strawberries, they sell like hotcakes!
