Taylor Mignon is founding editor of Tokyo Poetry Journal. Previously, he advised Japan-themed issues for Prairie Schooner (Summer 1996), Atlanta Review (Spring/Summer 2002), Vallum (Montreal, 2005) and guest-edited for RHINO: The Poetry Forum (2020). He edited and co-translated surrealist poet Torii Shōzō, published as Bearded Cones & Pleasure Blades (2013, highmoonoon). One of his first publications was a review of a Dread Zeppelin concert, for Tokyo Today in the mid-90s.
