From the beginning of November, The French Kitchen at Grand Hyatt Tokyo will be serving up dishes packed with essential seasonal flavours.
The hotel’s patissiers have concocted an array of autumnal treats, including chestnut Paris-Brest, apple tea verrines and a luxurious pear and custard mousse cake.
In the way of savory delights, try the sweet potato and cheese pie, or the pumpkin, chestnut and pork rillettes over a glass of champagne.
