Magnificent Mediterranean Comfort Food
The all-day dining restaurant Bills (stylized as bills) starts its spring-summer 2025 menu at all eight locations in Japan from April 22. The theme is “Mediterranean Comfort Food.”
Embracing the Mediterranean and health-conscious flavors, the lineup features superfoods, herbs and seasonal ingredients. Highlights include the baked ricotta, peach and tomato salad with basil and pink peppercorn and the roast pork, coriander and watermelon salad with fresh ginger.

Customers can also enjoy a selection of new beverages that are perfect for the warmer months. This includes “limoncello spritz,” a vibrant and fizzy cocktail that delivers a burst of zesty lemon flavor, and “pineapple shrub,” a refreshing and tangy drink made with a homemade shrub (vinegar-based fruit syrup).
