Chinaroom Welcomes Acclaimed Chef for One Week
For one week only this February, Chinaroom is welcoming Chef Jacob Huang to Tokyo. He is the Chinese chef of Park Hyatt Guangzhou and its acclaimed Chinese restaurant, Yue Jing Xuan. With his unique blend of traditional Cantonese recipes and refined modern techniques, Huang has led Yue Jing Xuan to recognition in the Michelin Guide and China’s prestigious Black Pearl Restaurant Guide every year since 2018.
Menu highlights include the marinated tiger prawns, crispy roasted pork belly, spiny lobster simmered with Italian noodles and cheese sauce and pan-fried snowflake beef rib-eye.
Though Huang is only in Japan for one week, the special lunch and dinner course will be served until March 31.
