Eclipseco, the vegan ice cream brand from California, introduces sweet lovers to the wonders of its innovative vegan dairy products through this on-brand cafe in SDGs Studio. Featuring plenty of photo opps and TikTok-able moments, the specially designed menu includes Eclipesco’s plant-based ice cream and an exclusive cotton candy drink, decked with mini gingerbread men for a dose of festive spirit.
Eclipseco is soy- and animal- free, developed by Michelin-starred chef, Thomas Bowman, who makes the deletable ice cream out of a range of plant ingredients, like corn and taro.
