Flatline City is a platform that was opened for those struggling in the city, and its offerings range from exhibitions to theater and music performances. This edition will be held at Ohjo Building, a cavernous, castle-like structure in the middle of Shinjuku’s Kabukicho district. The three-day festival endeavors to deal with space, body, culture and politics in a synthesized manner.
