Enjoy Chef Kent Jin Qiang’s Exquisitely Prepared Dishes
Up until May 31, Chef Kent Jin Qiang, executive chef of Made in China at Grand Hyatt Beijing, is presenting a special menu at Jade Garden, Hyatt Regency Tokyo. It includes his signature dish, a whole roasted chicken wrapped in lotus leaf. It also features spinach with a special sesame paste, a dish inspired by the comforting flavors of his mother’s cooking, and spicy stir-fried shell on prawns, which is light and crispy.
