This has to be one of the most iconic yet unexpected pairings yet. For this limited time pop-up, the world of Junji Ito will collide with various characters from Sanrio, bringing to life a unique look at their characters juxtaposed through art. From Tomie dressed in gyaru-style Hello Kitty to the Intersection Bishounen carrying Sanrio character balloons, this is art that intrigues and also frightens. Best of all, you can take most of this home in the form of t-shirts, coasters, stickers and more.
A word of caution. This pop-up is extremely limited, with entry only determined on a day-to-day basis. You will need to camp on the official event X account and check each morning if you can enter or if numbered tickets are being handed out instead.
