Le Pristine Showcases an Innovative Culinary Style Defined as ‘New Italian’
In celebration of Christmas 2024 and the first anniversary of Hotel Toranomon Hills, Le Pristine is presenting an exclusive special dinner course featuring original dishes from the flagship Le Pristine restaurant in Antwerp, Belgium, alongside offerings from the Tokyo restaurant on the first floor of Hotel Toranomon Hills and the newly opened Le Pristine Singapore at the Grand Hyatt Singapore. It will allow guests to savor the delights of all three cities.
The five-course meal features a range of dishes, including pizzette, botan shrimp, foie gras, Japanese pear, caviar, langoustine, hamachi tartare, lobster, Hokkaido venison and much more. Special wine pairings have been selected by the restaurant’s executive sommelier and beverage director. A premium non-alcoholic Belgian drink is also available.
