Enter a Sweets Paradise
The Shin-Marunouchi Building is hosting a sweets festival with a wide selection on traditional Japanese sweets including dorayaki, dango and ohagi.
The venue will have 15 popular sweets shops for visitors to sample their signature confectioneries. Represented shops include:
- Me-So-Good (miso sweets)
- Yanaka Fukumaru Manju (manju buns)
- Confectionery Workshop Fukudora (dorayaki)
- Kajin Yuto (various Japanese sweets)
- Spoon (dorayaki)
- Kinako Sweets Factory (kinako balls and kinako donuts)
- Kankado (dorayaki)
- Ohagibiyori (ohagi)
- Chiyodango Cafe (dango)
- Mahorodo Sougetsu (various Japanese sweets)
- Kudzuneruya (kuzumochi)
- Wagashi302 (various Japanese sweets)
- Café Irodori (confections)
- Magical Amber Sugar (kohakuto)
- Wokano Gokokusaika (non-melting ice cream)
The Nakadori Terrace on the 1st floor of the Shin-Maru Building will be transformed into “Sakura Chaya,” a relaxation space for guests to enjoy their sweets. On March 29, the first 100 Sakura Chaya guests will be able to participate in an outdoor tea ceremony
