Enter a Sweets Paradise

The Shin-Marunouchi Building is hosting a sweets festival with a wide selection on traditional Japanese sweets including dorayakidango and ohagi.

The venue will have 15 popular sweets shops for visitors to sample their signature confectioneries. Represented shops include:

  • Me-So-Good (miso sweets)
  • Yanaka Fukumaru Manju (manju buns)
  • Confectionery Workshop Fukudora (dorayaki)
  • Kajin Yuto (various Japanese sweets)
  • Spoon (dorayaki)
  • Kinako Sweets Factory (kinako balls and kinako donuts)
  • Kankado (dorayaki)
  • Ohagibiyori (ohagi)
  • Chiyodango Cafe (dango)
  • Mahorodo Sougetsu (various Japanese sweets)
  • Kudzuneruya (kuzumochi)
  • Wagashi302 (various Japanese sweets)
  • Café Irodori (confections)
  • Magical Amber Sugar (kohakuto)
  • Wokano Gokokusaika (non-melting ice cream)

The Nakadori Terrace on the 1st floor of the Shin-Maru Building will be transformed into “Sakura Chaya,” a relaxation space for guests to enjoy their sweets. On March 29, the first 100 Sakura Chaya guests will be able to participate in an outdoor tea ceremony
