Enjoy Crab and Slow-Roast Beef at Grand Hyatt Tokyo’s The French Kitchen
The French Kitchen, an all-day dining restaurant on the second floor of Roppongi’s Grand Hyatt Tokyo, is currently offering a crab and roast beef semi-buffet dinner, which includes a bucket of fresh red king crab legs — 800 grams per guest — in addition to a buffet table featuring slow-roast beef, marinated overnight in thyme, rosemary and garlic that is accompanied by eight flavorful sauces.
There are several other buffet dishes to choose from, such as red king crab gratin and the restaurant’s homemade smoked salmon. Pastry chefs at the French Kitchen have also created a seasonal dessert selection featuring strawberry Paris-Brest and strawberry white chocolate mousse.
