The Happy Dancing Rainbow Alliance is an event dreamt up by international artist duo FriendsWithYou. A parade that aims to spread happiness around the world, Shibuya’s Koen-dori will be taken over from noon to 3pm for this participatory art event featuring the duo’s popular characters. Running as part of the Dig Shibuya program.
