The highlight of the festival is a parade of Teppo Hyakunincho (100 sharpshooters of the Edo period) from 9:30 am to around 2:30 pm. The parade starts from the Shrine, going on Okubo-Dori (street), Otakibashi-Dori, Shokuan-Dori and stopping by Nishi-Toyama-Koen (park) near Takadanobaba Sta., and then comes back to the Shrine.
