- Arrival & Registration
- Guests arrive at Fuji Speedway and are welcomed by the experience team. Optional luxury vehicle pick-up from your hotel can be arranged in advance.
- FISCO License Acquisition
- Begin the day with registration and acquisition of the FISCO (Fuji International Speedway Co.) License, a prerequisite for driving on the circuit. This ensures you’re fully prepared and certified to participate, under the supervision of trained professionals.
- Safety Briefing and Track Familiarization
- Receive a comprehensive safety briefing and guided introduction to the Fuji Speedway layout, including driving etiquette, flag signals, and pit lane procedures.
- Break for light refreshments
- Enjoy a short break before heading to the paddock.
- Vehicle Introduction & Gear Fitting
- Meet your high-performance racing machine, along with your race engineer. Get fitted for professional safety gear.
- Track Coaching Session
- Work one-on-one with a professional driver to refine your skills.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made up to 6 days before the event
- 20% cancellation fee for cancellations made 5 days before the event
- 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 3 days of the event

- For larger groups, corporate events or special occasions, exclusive event packages are available, offering additional vehicles, customized itineraries and VIP perks.
- Racing experiences may be subject to weather conditions. In case of unfavorable weather, the event may be rescheduled or canceled. You will be notified in advance, and we will work with you to reschedule.
- A helicopter pickup/drop-off is available upon request, subject to availability and additional costs.
- Professional photography and videography packages are available as an add-on, allowing you to capture your high-speed experience on the track.
